Every time i am reading reading and highlighting a text in the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, after some time (it's always between 20-30minutes after the start) the app bugs and i am not able to "click" on anything, i can only close de program after doing a crtl+alt+delt and close the program. How can i solve this problem? I use Windows 10.

help adding mark-ups to a document in Reader please?
Hi all - not sure if anyone can help with this.
As part of a job application, I have been emailed a document to be opened using Reader. I am supposed to mark up certain pieces of text as part of the test. The instructions tell me to use the Select tool to do this. Obviously, this is useless as once you have used it and clicked elsewhere, the text does not remain selected.
I thought I'd use the Highlighter tool instead. However, this is not "enabled". Furthermore, I cannot save any changes to the document. I am not able to change the security on the document.
I have emailed the sender with screenshots to explain that I am unable to complete the test for these reasons. They have offered no help.
Does anyone have a solution please?

I am publishing this again, slightly updated, because the bug is not fixed for me.
Whenever I use the Text Correction Markup Tool, I highlight a word/phrase/sentence and then begin to type in the replacement, the first letter is automatically highlighted and then deleted when the second letter is typed. So, every word/phrase/sentence I type is missing its first letter.
It is very annoying.
Several people have encountered the issue.
A fix was promised already in 2014.
Was the promised fix done and just needs some setting in the preferences? For me, the problem has not been resolved so far.
I use a Mac, Adobe Acrobat Pro 11.0.20.17 on Sierra

Reviewing a Form
I have a form which I'm sending out for review.
The text boxes have a scroll option to allow the user to see all the text.
When I send it out for review the person reviewing cannot see the text the doesn't fit in the text box and there is no longer a scroll option.
Any ideas how to correct this issue?

Acrobat Workspaces - Closed down but access to files?
All,
I'm hoping anyone can help me! I desperately need to access a file I have in the Acrobat Workspaces from years back (for my wedding!).
Is there any way to still access those files even though it was closed down? Any help anyone has would be really helpful! I've lost something from the workspaces because I didn't know it had closed down & thought I'd have it as storage. I feel terrible and I'm hoping there might be some way to access it in read only.

Shared Review: Incorrect Initiator
I am using Adobe Acrobat X Pro and Microsoft SharePoint server 10.
My problem is that after I distribute an Adobe Acrobat PDF file for shared review, I am not identified as the initiator of the review. When I add a comment in the shared review PDF file, another reviewer's name appears in the comment balloon.
As an experiment, I created a shared review PDF file with me as the only reviewer. After the file was created, I was listed as a reviewer and another reviewer was added as the initiator.
How can I solve this problem?

Is there a way to select an origin drawing and added arrows and modify them as a single entity?
After adding many arrows (Drawing Markups) to a line drawing, I often need to rotate or resize the result (for patent drawings). When I do this the arrows never move or resize. I have to go back and do each one separately. Is there a way to select the origin drawing and the added arrows and modify them as a single entity? I'm running Acrobat Pro XI on an iMac.

Unless there is a fix this will make adobe pro useless for reviewing.

Is there any way to hide the Reply box in the comments list and pop-ups?
I just switched to DC and don't know if this is an easy fix or just straight up impossible. Am I able to remove the Reply box in the Comments list and pop-ups without actually disabling the Reply feature? Like in the screenshot below, I don't want to see the Reply box in the list of comments:
And in the pop ups, like below. Why do I need a reply box and a "Post" button taking up real estate when there is a simple and efficient "Reply" button already tucked in the top corner?
I like the small Reply button in the top right and I don't actually want to remove the Reply function or mess with any PDF permissions--I just want to streamline the size of my comments list and pop-ups.

Header Footer tool replaces headers and footers in PDF
The header/footer tool replaces the headers and footers in my PDF, this header and footer I am referring to was not added in Adobe but was added in Word 2010, when I tried to add an additional header to my PDF (I added a page number) it replaced the footers that was already in my document. The only way I could get around this is with adding a header instead of replacing, which is quick fix, but as soon as you add more pages to your PDF and want to re-apply the header/footer to update the page number that I added to the header it would remove ALL headers and footers from the PDF.

Acrobat-XI Pro, disabled "Connect Lines" icon on toolbar, Please Help
Hi!
I like marking up my Adobe documents. There's this icon on the toolbar which I use often, the "Connected Lines" icon; it has stopped working.
I see it, but shows as a ghost-gray color (very light gray), and it no longer works.
Could someone in this forum please help me get it back in shape?

Is there a way for someone to complete and sign a pdf form in person
I have pdf forms requiring a signature and I need to find a way to have a client complete the forms and sign them in person on a tablet? I usually use the Send for Signature function but there are instances where the client doesn't complete the forms after they have been email.

Drawing markups are duplicated
I'm using Adobe Acrobat XI and every time I add a rectangle, a line, a circle or a stamp the marking is duplicated on every other page in the document. How can I stop this from happening? I want to be able to make unique markings on each page as necessary.

Wacom tablet & Acrobat – 'Draw free form' settings?
I just got a Wacom Intuos Pro tablet for writing comments and correction marks in pdf files. It's my impression that there's something not quite right with the interaction between Acrobat's 'Draw free form' tool and the Wacom pen/tablet. Is it possible to adjust the way Acrobat smoothes out what you write/draw when you use the drawing tool? I haven't been able find any such settings.

Stop the "Merge Comments" function
I have recently prepared and forwarded a PDF fillable form to several staff members so they can complete the form with their specific information. I was looking at the share and comment feature in Acrobat and must have activated something. Now every time I receive a filled in form, I get a popup to "Merge Comments". If I click YES, I lose all the filled in information and the document merges back to the blank form. If I click 'No Open this Copy Only", I can save the new document with it's filled in information but this doesn't resolve the problem as I keep receiving this popup measure. I don't know what I have done to activate the comments feature but I would like to stop receiving it and having to click on the popup every time. Can someone help?
