Acrobat Pro Freezes Until I Stop AdobeCollabSync.exe

Acrobat Pro is continually freezing up on me. I finally figured out if I stop AdobeCollabSync.exe it will work again. I have went to "msconfig" & unchecked AdobeCollabSync.exe from starting, but it is always will start back up on me. Is there a way to fix the error or get rid of AdobeCollabSync.exe? What is for anyway?

I am running Adobe Acrobat XI Pro on windows 7
