We are experiencing some issues with the Adobe shared review.

Joseph and Krister are reviewing the same document in shared review and today Joseph was not able to see his own comments, I tried opening the document and I can see them.

He tried to check for new comments but it did not work, there was no message about problems with the server connection.
When he tried closing the document he clicked publish comments and that seems to have deleted the ones that were on the server as I got a message saying that there were 20 deleted comments, I saved a backup and tried republishing the comments and it seems that it worked as he could see all comments after that.
For some reason all of the comments that Krister added were changed and now it looks like Joseph added them on behalf of Krister.

For now it seems everything is fine but if it is possible to delete comments without intentionally selecting and deleting them it feels a bit dangerous.

Could you please suggest to avoid this kind of issues in future?
