Is there SOMEONE out there that can help with Adobe Acrobat Pro XI not launching on Windows 7? Have tried all steps suggested, but nothing is working. HELP! It's a licensed copy, too.
Also, I recently tried to upgrade to Win 10, and was an epic fail. The LT got wiped and restored back to factory settings. Once I got the computer back, I reinstalled my copy via download, last month, and believe I went through the registration process at that time. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Pro yesterday, to no avail. Would a Windows update have anything to do with this? It was working fine until a recent Windows (Critical) upgrade, and was only yesterday that I discovered the app won't launch. My thanks...
