We are running Acrobat DC on a Citrix server. We have 11 users on Citrix and 11 Adobe licenses. Our IT people did the install and are having everyone login under the same Adobe ID. The issue that we are having is that whenever we use the "Fill and Sign" tool and enter details in the My Profile section, this changes all of the other users details as well. This is true of the signatures as well. When someone adds a signature, the next time any other user goes to use that tool a pop up box comes up with the users original signature along with the other users signature and you are asked to choose which signature you want to keep. I don't know the citrix side of things at all but our IT people cannot work this issue out at all so any ideas would be appreciated.
