In Acrobat DC Standard, I have a user who is trying to add the Text Callout tool from the Comment group to the toolbar up top.
( View > Show/Hide > Toolbar Items > Customize Quick Tools... , Comment > Text Callout )
He selects Text Callout, clicks the + button, to add it to the toolbar, then save becomes available, and he saves; but the tool isn't showing up in the toolbar.
I don't know yet if this is not working for other tools, or just Text Callout, or just Comment tools.
The Standard license definitely allows usage of the Text Callout. I installed it on a Windows 7 computer, and Customize Quick Tools works as expected.
But, this user is on Windows 10. I don't have a Windows 10 available to test on here. Could this be a Windows 10 issue?
Both of us are 64-bit. This is the only Acrobat product installed except Acrobat Reader DC.
Has anyone else encountered this issue?
