I use Adobe Acrobat Pro XI for Shared Review. Recently the SharePoint 2013 configured with Adobe Acrobat shared review got migrated to Office 365. Since then selecting the workspaces using the Acrobat Pro XI stopped working. Although the workspaces were migrated properly into Office 365, the workspaces didn't list and the URL when entered will give an error that the Shared folder location is not valid.
To resolve this, I upgraded to Acrobat DC and selecting the workspace worked fine. However, I am not able to receive the comments posted by the reviewers. When I click "Check for new comments", it opens the SharePoint location where the file would be uploaded by acrobat without showing any comments from the reviewers. Any idea if this issue is with the migration of the SharePoint or acrobat? Any idea how to resolve this?
