I have my preferences set to automatically open pop-ups for comments other than notes, but when I highlight or delete, no pop-up box shows up, and if I start typing like I'm used to doing, I get a separate insertion mark with a pop-up, which is NOT what I need. I NEED popup boxes attached to the highlights and deletions to add questions for my authors or explain the edits I'm making.
This worked fine before the most recent update, but now it is not working.
