Text comment display at 23.5%

It displays at 23.5% Transparent and even with Properties bar open when I select the text there is no where to control it and change it back to display at 100%?

I was replace in registry  from 23.5% to 1.0

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\7.0\Annots\cAnnots\cFreeText_003aFreeTextTypewriter

for a "dopacity" entry . But after it auto change back 23.5% . Please help me, thanks !
