I am trying to figure out how to create a macro or something that will embed certain information or a stamp on every page for users. Specifically this information will change each time so I need them to be able to easily edit it. Currently they print out labels that include a persons name, address, and ID and place a label on each page of a paper chart they have. They scan this in and they now have the PDF which includes the information in the scan. I am wanting to save them some time by allowing them to scan the document in as a PDF and then run a macro that will prompt them for the information and then stamp it on every page possibly even as a header or footer if that is what I have to do. I know first thought is to create Adobe forms but this is not possible since every form can be different and sometimes originates from other sources.
