I am using Adobe acrobat XI standard, i sent a pdf document with 1st sheet pdf Form for send for shared review in my own internal server. Collecting all comments made by others in server location but not able to collect updates in the 1st sheet pdf Form a part of pdf document. please guide to how to collect data updates in pdf form a part of pdf document during shared review (without form distribute option).
