Why am I not able to highlight and write comments on pdfs that are secured? I need to be able to capture my thoughts and don't want to print the doc to do so. It seems there are two purposes for highlighting and commenting- assisting in the creation of a doc and reading one to learn its contents. This software can be used for the latter, can't it?
