Up to date WIN 10 and the latest Acrobat.
For many years Acrobat used to be so simple. Now, it is absolutely useless for an ordinary computer user. I want to print an email attachment which I have always been able to do but I receive this message:
Adobe Acro Reader cld not open the file because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for ex. it was sent as an email attachment and was not correctly decoded.)
Year after year I receive this file which I receive once a year , and year upon year it has never given me a problem.
Lots of files are sent as an email attachment - so why the problem and why does the Acrobat Front page only seem to cater to people who make files and not to those of us who want to OPEN a safe file?
Very frustrating when one has relied upon Acrobat for so long to find that it has been fiddled with by Adobe techies to the detriment of ordinary users.
