Problems using workspaces

Hi,

We have been using workspaces to mark up documents with a few other firms for a couple of months now.

For the most part it has worked really well.  Recently though we are running into more and more issues with the service.

Here are a few of the issues:

 

- 'Acrobat cannot connect to the Review Server:Adobe online services' - sometimes a user will get this error and another user sitting right next to them, on the same network, can access the document without any issues.  The user receiving the error can see and comment on other documents without any error.  This user has the same access level as other users (contributor).

 

- Sometimes you will publish comments then later go into the file and they will not be there.

 

Does this have something to do with the number of users?  Do we have too many editors?
