When we open a PDF in a browser from a SharePoint Online library and mark it with some comments (in Acrobat or Reader) and then save it back the changes are not reflecting and the file in SharePoint is not marked as updated. This worked until recently. When we choose Save As to see the file location a local cache folder is displayed instead of the correct SharePoint library URL. That is where the updated file is saved to. Microsoft is involved and they cannot find the cause of the problem.
