I made PDF with sounds, works on the computer, but it won't Play on an iPad or Android?

I made PDF with sounds, works on the computer, but it won't Play on an iPad or Android?

I used .wav files and the buttons and it works fine on the computer but when I email the file to an ipad it won't play the sounds.

Any ideas why?  How can I fix this?
