Working with shared review on adobe IX version 11.0.20. User get the following error when selecting shared review under comments. "The file destination provided is not valid. Enter a valid file location."

Working with shared review on adobe IX version 11.0.20. User getting the following error when selecting shared review under comments. Normally and window pops up to start the shared review but this error is displayed. "The file destination provided is not valid. Enter a valid file location."  Verified the file is there and the user has access.

I have reload the software and rebooted. I am trying to find a fix without deleted the user profile and creating it.
