I am using a MacBook Pro. I use Adobe products for my job all of the time. After the apple store wiped and reloaded software onto my computer last Friday, my Adobe Reader is ridiculously slow. I have never had this problem before. When I try and type notes into a sticky note, I get the rainbow swirl and it takes minutes for the computer to catch up with what I am typing. Two sentences take 5 minutes to appear. I am a professional writer and can not function like this. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. It does not help. I have called Apple Support and they cannot help since it is 3rd party software. When I call Adobe, they say write on the help forum. No support over the phone. This is awful. I am on a business trip and need to be able to use this software. If not, I do not get paid. Please help me fix this asap. This is my only source of income. I have an InCloud subscription because I use Adobe InCopy. However, I do not want to pay for the Pro version of reader.
