How to Cancel the order, how come it is so complicated? customer support no one pick up the call, call more than 100 times

I like to cancel my adobe order. But in my page it cannot shown cancel order button. I tried to call customer service 100times, no one answer, please kindly help, my email: goodies1014@gmail.com, how come it is so difficult to cancel order? i just like to use it for 1 month only. And your support are so difficult to reach. Please kindly help and resolve and reply to my gmail account. I cannot afford just to keep track of my questions for your company. this is so bad and I will NOT purchase again.
