When performing a shared review, comments appear differently to users depending on their version of Adobe. This is an issue since we are a large Agency that may have a shared review with a lot of different individuals in different locations that may not all have the same version of Adobe. For example in some instances comments by someone using Adobe Pro DC 2018 either appear differently (such as a different color/ opacity), get cut off, or don't appear at all for a user using Adobe Pro DC 2015. In many instances this leads to a reviewer unaware that there comments are appearing differently or not all. Is there a solution to avoid this and be sure that all comments for all users are appearing the same, regardless of their version of Adobe?
