back a few years ago before the age of Acrobat Pro DC i was able to create a text comment then print to PDF file and the comment would show up in the resulting PDF file.
now i seem unable to do this. i found a work around using the edit menu, yet today when i downloaded the latest irs w9 pdf to fill out i tried to use edit and was denied. so now i am stuck.
is there a way in acrobat to add text to a pdf, then do print pdf to file or printer?
