I have set up a shared review apparently successfully with no trouble. But when I try to check for new comments I get the message "Could not get new comments. Acrobat cannot access the network. Please verify your computer's network connection and try again."
I can use Acrobat to save or open files to and from Acrobat.com, the same account I am using for the review. But Track Reviews isn't making the connection.

I used Acrobat 9 originally, then uninstalled it and installed Acrobat IX hoping that would help but with the same results.
