Auto detect pen not working when form fields present. Can I fix?

Hello,

I installed acrobat DC trial on my Surface pro 4. It auto detects the pen when I open any plain PDF file but it doesn't detect the pen if their is a form field in the PDF.

I need this feature without having to select Comment tool.
