I recently upgraded to Adobe Pro DC. I have a document that I need to send to send to someone with comments, cross-outs, additions, etc. I don't want to edit the original. Is the only way to do this through adding sticky notes?

In a previous version of Adobe, when I viewed a document, I was able to mark-up the version with editing tools (cross out text, add text boxes, etc). In the new version of Adobe  Pro DC, I only seem to be able to add sticky notes. Am I missing something obvious?

I don't actually want to edit the content - I just want to highlight where changes are needed
