Shared Reviews are successfully created on SharePoint Online server, but can't pull comments due to IP address being unreachable. IP address seems to belong to MS Azure.

Hello,

 

I'm having issues getting Shared Review to work with Acrobat XI Pro, v 2019.008.20080 on Windows 10 Pro. We have had no issues with hosting Shared Review on an internal company share, but are migrating over to an Office 365 solution that includes SharePoint Online. I am able to successful configure a Shared Review on our Subsite and document library, but after the invites are sent out, reviewers and the initiator are unable to connect to the server to publish and pull comments.

 

I can confirm that the generated shared review is created on the server, so Acrobat is able to reach it in some capacity. Though, during setup, I believe it makes connections through the fully qualified domain of the SharePoint server. Once the review is created, it seems to attempt connections through an IP address that I believe belongs to Microsoft after performing a lookup. I'm not sure where Acrobat pulls the IP from. 

 

Has anyone else experienced this issue?
