avoid Adobe acrobat creating notes and opening pop-up after text undeline/highlight

Hi,

how can I avoid Adobe acrobat creating notes and opening pop-up after text underline?

I'm trying Acrobat pro  2019. I remember that previous version allowed underlining and undelining the text without the annoying po-up note.
