Cannot open Acrobat from review tracker

Hi!

 

I am getting so mad at this problem. I work as technical writer and I am sending PDF for review on daily basis.
When I see that the reviewer done their part I will se this icon:

But when double-clicking on it I always get Syntax error.

It opens acrobat and then I get the following, freely translated from Swedish."Error when opening document, document cannot be found."
I press OK and then I get: "Error when opening document, Faulty syntax for filename, catalog och volumelabel."

 

If i then close the window and then click the very same icon it works???
So there cannot be any faults with the file and it should be found.

So it works when Acrobat is up and running, but if it´s closed I get the error.

 

I uninstalled acrobat and it worked for a couple of days but then the same error occurs.

I have Acrobat Pro DC with version 2019.008.20080. Very same happend with the previous version of Acrobat.
Can it have something to do with the fact that my files are on a network?
