I have hundreds of hyperlinked Pdf files that were created & secured against copying with OpenOffice. Now, Adobe Pdf reader defaults a "Share" button, which enables any individual opened Pdf to be copied extracted & distributed through email. without rewriting these how is it possible to remove the share button / Toolbar displaying when opened? but still allow navigation?
