Making marking tool active all of the time.

In the old version, I could use a comment tool such as the circle and then be able to say stay active, so if I wanted to use that several times in the same document I could continue using it without having to go back up to the toolbar and re-select it each time.  Is there a way to do that in Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017? !
