I am so frustrated. I work for a police department. I have Acrobat 8.1.0 Professional on my computer. I am trying to learn how to use it to edit or mark-up pdfs. I keep trying to learn how to get the properties to show up when I want to change the text font in a text box or a call-out. I have researched this and it says to go to the properties tool bar for either text box or call out. I think that supposedly when I click in the text box or call-out, the properties tool bar is supposed to show the different properties I can change, like font, font size, color, etc. But those properties don't show up in the properties bar. The only thing I can see on the Properties Bar is "Properties" and "Author: (My name)". Nothing else. How can I get the properties to show up for me to change the font size?
Also, I am having a very difficult time finding any tutorials to help me with Acrobat 8 Pro. The videos and screen shots don't look like my screen. Isn't there any way to learn how to use my product?
