One of my colleagues is unable to send a PDF for review through the "Send for Email Review" option. We are using the Adobe Acrobat Pro XI. Our emails go through the Microsoft Outlook 2007 configured with an exchange server.
There are two things that happen:
- When we select the email address from the "Global Address book", the screen freezes on "Resolving email address"
- When we enter the email address manually, the error: "Outlook cannot recognize: <user>xxx" appears where xxx is a random 3 characters added to the name of the reviewer.
I have tried to send a sample PDF to this associate who is having trouble sending the emails through this option and even I am unable to send the document for review to this associate. I am able to initiate reviews to others and receive comments fine. Only this associate is facing the issue.
Please suggest and this is very important for our daily work and this impacts our customer satisfaction a lot.
