Adobe Shared Review through Web Server

I am using Adobe Shared Review through a web server (SqueakSoft's WebDav Service). I'm wondering -  if I send out a PDF for review through the web server, whether one of the reviewers that I have invited can then invite others to review the same document, and whether the subsequent comments will all be visible in the same document that I originally sent out? Or am I the only one that can invite additional reviewers if I set up the shared review to begin with.
