Shared Review: Acrobat is not getting a response from the server

Hi all,

 

I started using Acrobat 11 Pro a few months ago to conduct shared reviews with colleagues at work, all of whom are using Acrobat Reader to participate.

 

I created several shared reviews 2-3 months ago and eventually set them to no deadline.

 

I went back to check on these docs today and every single one of them that is active has the following error present in the status field:

 

Error: Could not get new comments. Acrobat did not get a response from the server. Try again later or contact your system administrator.

 

Also, when I attempt to check for new comments, the tracker icon shows that it is loading but never finishes loading or times out.

 

Is there something I'm not doing correctly? Is my connection to the Acrobat.com server broken somehow? Any help would be appreciated.
