Can see the speaker icon of the sound annotation in a downloaded PDF, but nothing would happen when double click it

Hi Everybody,

I used Acrobat XI to create an sound-annotated PDF document! I uploaded the document to the Blackboard. My students downloaded it, they can see the speaker  icon of the annotation,  but nothing would happen when they double click the annotation icon!

Any idea what's wrong!
