How do I delete a Shared Review profile?

When you create a Shared Review that uses your own internal server for collecting comments, the wizard gives you the option of creating a named profile to automate the process.

I've got a number of these profiles which are obsolete, but I can't find any way to delete them. They're getting in the way of selecting the ones I'm still using. How do I get rid of these things?
