Office 365 and Shared reviews (V11.0.11) not finding contacts

 

Let me be perfectly honest, I’m a network engineer and I have no idea how this problem landed in my lap. With that said I have limited experience, very limited experience with Acrobat, so forgive me if I don’t make this clear.

 

I have several users that use the Shared Reviews portion of Acrobat and when they are ready to send in a review Acrobat asks them the “send-to” address and then prompts an error. The error states that it cannot find the particular person they are attempting to send the email to. As an example, if they are sending a review to JSmith@domain.com it returns “Multiple users have been found for ‘J’”. After accepting the message it drops the user into Outlook’s address book listing all users starting with “J”. The user needs to be able to send out reviews without Acrobat stopping them to perform a search for each and every user he sends to.

I have tried the following
-Appling updates
-Re-installed
-Changed the user format (JSmith, John Smith, Smith John, JSmith@ …etc)
-Removed all registry entries for Acrobat

The following are true
-Happens on all users
-We are running Office 365 and 2013
-I cannot reproduce on my system (Yes I’m running same version)
-Acrobat does find the address book
-All systems are Win 7 64-bit
-All systems run Acrobat 11.0.11

All my searching online have told me that this issue was resolved in 11.0.9+, however not for me

Please help! I’m a network guy not a software admin LOL
