I am trying to print a document with comments with all the comments showing, sort of like accepting all changes in WORD and then printing. How do I do that?

I have a document. One person has inserted lots of comments and deleted lots of text. I want to look at a printed version with all the propsed changes made, i.e. what the end document will look like, preferably with the changes still highlighted, but even if not, want tt see it all. How can I? Thanks.

I tried exporting to WORD because there you can accept all changes and print. but the comments do not show as comments in word.
