How do I correct a Sticky Note size problem? My sticky notes (I create and from others) completely fill the document page and I can't resize them. In the few instances I can get to the handle it won't resize the sticky note.

How do I correct a Sticky Note size problem? My sticky notes (ones I create and from others) completely fill the document page and I can't resize them.  In the few instances I can get to the handle it won't resize the sticky note.
