Shared Review through Adobe Acrobat Online Services "Cannot connect to server" error.

I am trying to test the Shared Review system through Adobe Acrobat Online Services but I'm getting a "Cannot connect to server" message when I type in my password. I have an account and I know that my password is correct. I can log into it online but I can't through Acrobat. Can anyone provide some suggestions of what might be the issue?@
