How to delete comments from multiple files with Action Wizard, without losing OCR?

Hey everyone,

Using Acrobat DC Pro.

I have been using Action Wizard previously to delete comments (or more specifically, highlights) from documents.  I set up a custom command using "Remove Hidden Information" and un-selected everything but "remove comments". However, my files keep losing the OCR I have done after I do this.

I also tried using the "Sanitize" tool to remove comments, and the same thing happened.

Is there any way to automate this in a manner that keeps the OCR?
