How to make comments reference the absolute page number instead of relative page number?

I'd like to know if it's possible for comments to reflect the absolute page number (a.k.a the body page number) instead of the relative page number (a.k.a. the PDF doc page number).  For example, let's say I have a 10 page PDF, but it's really an excerpt from a larger work, so its body pages begin at page 23 and go to page 33.  I know how to renumber the pages, but when I make a comment on the first page (absolute page number 23, relative page number 1), the comment is associated with page 1.  I want the comment itself to recognize/reflect that it's associated with body page 23, not 1.  Is this possible?

Thanks!

P.S. I'm using Adobe XI Pro on a Windows PC.
