Saving Adobe Acrobat Pdf's in SharePoint 2013
I am dealing with a issue with having to save pdf files on the local disk, and then having to upload them or re-save them to SharePoint after.
The solution I am looking for is being able to save pdf's directly to/through SharePoint 2013 without having to 'save' twice.
This solution is for our sales staff, as quite often they will save the pdf locally without re-uploading it to SharePoint.
I have spent a week researching this issue with no avail.

Selection tool doesn't select stamps and comments in Acrobat DC?
Hello all,
My company just upgraded our computers and we now have installed Acrobat Standard DC (previously working with Acrobat X). We are in the construction consulting business and 99% of our projects are submiited to us as PDF for our review against contract documents. To that end, it has been commonplace for us to utilize the comment tools in version X to insert text callouts, lines, dimensions, text boxes, as well as our review stamp. We have always been able to use the selection tool to "batch copy" multiple combination of comments, lines, stamps...CTRL+C, paste onto another page via CTRL+V.
We cannot get the DC version to do this. What are we missing? I surely hope Adobe didn't remove this function and that its just a setting somewhere.
P.S. Just for troubleshooting purposes, i temporarily downloaded the DC Pro version and no luck in the Pro version either.

Acrobat DC comments slow to open (Mac)
Whenever I try to open the comments pane in Acrobat Pro DC, it hangs with a beachball for nearly 15 seconds. This happens on both machines where I have Acrobat DC installed. Is this normal behavior for Acrobat DC? We are an all Mac all digital workflow, but I am one of the few not using Acrobat 9. Oh, how I miss it

Acrobat DC Pro's Combine Files doesn't preview Excel sheets
I have a user at my company who creates a PDF report from multiple excel sheets. She use's Acrobat DC's Combine Files' Thumbnail View to sort through sheets she want's to put in the final pdf. PROBLEM is this,Combine Files shows a couple of thumbnails for a few files, and then gets stuck when loading the rest. Acrobat itself doesn't freeze. All the excel files work properly and are not corrupted.Also all files can be combined to create one large pdf but that defeats the purpose of the user want's to do. User has Acrobat DC & Reader DC, Office 2010 (32bit), and Windows 7 Enterprise (64bit) - All which are up-to-date.
I've tried everything, disabling office & acrobat security settings, installing Office 2010 (64bit), Office 2013 (64bit), Downgrading to Acrobat XI Pro, upgrading to Windows 10 Enterprise (64bit). No matter what configuration or version of recent Acrobat, the thumbnails cannot be viewed properly. Is there there a setting I'm missing or is this a glitch with Acrobat?

Importing comments as replies
Currently we add sticky notes to ask questions of multiple reviewers (typically 3) - each reviewer replies to the sticky note and emails the file back to the coordinator.
We then compile the documents so that all feedback is in one place. Each question will include the replies from all the reviewers. I can't figure out how to get this feature to work in Pro DC. When i import comments, it displays the same question multiple times with a single reply instead of showing the question once with 3 replies.
Right now i am working in a 7 day trial - the reviewers are not using the same version that I am.
Any ideas?

Sticky Note in Acrobat DC does not allow entery of text
I have a user that adds a Sticky Note to a PDF but can't enter anything into the note as a comment. They can add a new (additional) comment to the sticky note (this adds an additional line entry) but the original comment entry location when they first add the sticky note is locked.

Comment size shrinks when selected for copy/paste
When I view a comment in the Comment Panel, it is a large font. When I click in the comment to select text for copy/paste, the font shrinks to a very small size (See photos for example before and after). How can I keep the font at a larger size?
The Commenting Preferences option seems to only change the font size in the comment panel before you click in the comment. When hovering over a sticky note, the font is also small.

Unable to view notes created with 'replace text' tool
I am reviewing a shared document where notes have been made with the 'add note to replace text' tool. I can see the struck-through text, but not the note containing the replacement text! I have tried using the latest versions of both Acrobat Reader and Pro, and have been able to try reader on a Mac and a PC, and have had the same result every time. Another person in my team can see the notes using Acrobat Pro.
Any help would be much appreciated!!

Electronic pen to mark up PDFs
Hi all,
I am a technical writer and I'm looking at how to make it quicker for engineers to mark up manuals with their edits or updates. Currently we have some engineers using the comment/highlight features that Adobe has in their editing tools, which work well, but can be a bit time consuming for some engineers. And we have other engineers, particularly with big 100+ manuals, that like to print off the document for ease of reading and then mark it with pen.... and then re-scan it. Definitely time consuming but understandable why they might prefer it in long docs.
So I am looking at tablets (iPads) and electronic pens as a possible solution. Has anyone any experience of using this type of solution?
Ideally I would like an electronic pen that works with a tablet and would also accurately convert the handwriting to text. Does it exist!!?

Stamp Size Restrictions?
I'm trying to paste several custom stamps with Acrobat XI. I can get all but one, and the only difference is that it's much taller than it is wide; the others are short and long, like the preloaded stamps. I found another question from 2015 that seemed to find that Acrobat and DC have issues with this, but there was no solution. Is there a workaround?

How do i neatly highlight text in Acrobat?
Hi, I'm wondering if something has changed in the program. In the past i was able to click and drag over pdf text (after it was converted) to neatly highlight blocks of text. Now, the highlight tool is operating freehand and it's making my documents messy. Is there a setting or way to change it back?

Multiple Docs, Send for Comments
I broke a large document into 4 documents so they would be under 5 MB. I also want to proof these with different lists of people. I sent the first document with no issues, but now the other documents are saying they are part of a tracked conversation. How do I create separate documents so I can proof them at the same time?

Help finding my custom dynamic stamp.
Hello,
I am using Acrobat Pro DC 2015 Release Classic (version 2015.006.30306) on Windows 7 Enterprise (service pack 1) with a company provided laptop. My issue is that I am not able to find the new stamp file that I created. I have followed these steps:
- From stamps icon > custom stamps > create > browse (used a Word doc I designed) > put it in a custom category and gave stamp name > Ok (created stamp)
From this point is where I have trouble. I know I have to find the file that Adobe created for my new stamp to edit it and make it a dynamic stamp, but I am not able to find/view that file. I have tried the following approaches:
1) I used this javascript command - app.getPath ("user", "stamps"); - and followed the path that was displayed, but the stamp file is not there.
2) I also found the name of the stamp file by using this javascript command - this.selectedAnnots[0].AP - and searched my computer for that file name, but still no file is found.
Does anyone have any ideas as to where the file is or why I cannot view the file? My best guess now is that it may be because I am not an adminstrator for the network and have limited access to some files.

Is it possible to highlight text without a pop-up being made in Acrobat XI?
I am trying to figure out if its possible to highlight text without a pop-up being made as I am using the highlighter tool to just mark important information for quizzes and do not need a pop-up made each time I highlight! Is there a way to disable pop-ups being created? Thank you for your time.

How can I change the delivery method of my pdf for shared review from integrated link to attachment?
Hi,
when I first set um my shared review, I set the delivery method for shared reviews via email to "intergrated link". I'd like to change this now, delivering a pdf with this and do not find the option to do so. Any advice?
