We would like to start a pdf based review but this is the problem we encounter:
Prepress creates several (sometimes 30 or 40 a day) pdf files. The users all have acroabat reader (9.5 or higher), but unless the prepress div has safed the pdf as "reader extended", the users cannot make any comments.
From what I read this cannot be automated.
Are there solutions for this problem or do we have to look in another direction (because it's all "in hous"e we can buy Acrobat pro for everyone but maybe there's a "lighter" solution).
